Are your products made to order?

Yes! All our products are printed and made to order, meaning they're created especially for you once your order is placed. This helps ensure excellent quality while reducing waste.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As many of our products are made to order, we have a limited cancellation window. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

As many of our products are made to order, production typically takes around 3 weeks before your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

UK: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 7–14 working days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and busy periods.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

As many of our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection unless required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to put things right.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order, as many of our products are made to order and cannot be exchanged due to incorrect size selection.
