Made to Order — All products are handcrafted and made to order. Production can take up to 3 weeks before dispatch.
Size Responsibility — For print-on-demand items such as Braw Clogs™, it is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection on these items.
Accuracy of Information — You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
Pricing — All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property — All content, branding, and designs on this website are the property of The Braw Gift Box™ and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
