All items in The Braw Gift Box™ are handcrafted and made to order with love and care. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be created before it is dispatched.

Processing & Production Time Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be made and dispatched. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays As all items are handmade, during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, holidays) processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.
