At The Braw Gift Box™, all of our products are lovingly handcrafted and made to order, so please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Braw Clogs™ — Print-on-Demand Our Braw Clogs™ are print-on-demand items made specifically for you. Because each pair is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns due to incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Other Products For all other handcrafted items, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
