Braw Clogs™ – Made to Order
Our Braw Clogs™ are printed and made to order specifically for you. As each pair is produced especially for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Please check the size guide provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Other Products
For our other handcrafted products, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging where possible
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
